Due to hurricane-related travel SNAFUs, Wednesday evening's discussion and closing is being converted to PORCH PROJECTS OPEN HOURS. During this time, the exhibition [ ] will be on view and Porch Projects' proprietor will be available to field your questions and comments. For Porch Projects' followers, fans, and other interested parties who do not live near Washington, DC, here is a short video visit to the space. And thanks, threewalls, for including Porch Projects in your upcoming publication PHONEBOOK 3.

Porch Projects Presents: [ ]

Porch Projects’ third exhibition, [ ], will showcase the collaborative debut of Washington, DC, artists Patrick McDonough and Matias. For this project, the artists will present a site-specific installation that explores the phenomenology of shared efforts, the dynamics of self-expression, and the adventure of production.

McDonough has presented his work locally at Flashpoint, Civilian Art Projects and Conner Contemporary Art.  He is the latest recipient of the Public Art Residency, a collaborative program between the WPA and Socrates Sculpture Park, where he will present new work in September.
